Happy Early Birthday!

Surprise! Happy Early Birthday! Since the weather is going to be so bad on Saturday for the kids birthday, we gave them their present early! I can't believe we actually waited this long, it has been in our garage for about 2 weeks! They had a great time!

Sonic Slushes

When I picked the kids up from school today, they thought we were going to the Rodeo (Radio - is how they say it). We told them we were going soon, but of course that is a hard concept to understand. So, I had to find something new and exciting for them today, Happy Hour at Sonic!!! We each got a Cherry Slush! That is exciting stuff for a soon to be 3 year old, at least in our house hold! I am not sure if you can see on Chase and Carolyn, it was face paint day at school! Chase has the Super Man symbol and Carolyn has a flower. Charlene has become pretty shy lately so she did not get hers done! Happy St. Patricks Day!

My Mom and I took the kids to the Children's Museum in Houston today! They had beach day at Kandiland in the morning and then we picked them up after snack and went in to town!

Everything is hands on there which they just loved because they are used to not being able to touch everything :)! They had a great outside area too where the kids got to make flubber! Some people at the museum took their pictures and said they might be used for their website, so I will let you know if I ever see anything!

Turning 3 in 2 weeks!

Wow! The babies will be turning 3 in a little over 2 weeks! It is crazy how fast time flies. It seems like yesterday when they were so small with their heart monitors on and having to give them medicine all the time. Now you couldn't even tell that they were born so premature! They are each a little over 30 lbs and 3 years ago they were 4 lbs .1 oz (Chase), 4lbs 1 oz (Carolyn) and 2 lbs 11 oz (Charlene) Wow! Our family is one big, loud, bunch of fun! Thank you!! :) Happy Birthday Babies! Mommy and Daddy love you!

Sweet words from Chase!

Saturday morning Chase said, "Baby jack is getting bigger Mommy!"

My reply was, "THANKS CHASE! :)"

Then this morning Chase said, "Can I pet baby Jack Mommy?" :) So sweet and innocent!

He of course woke up early this morning and opened the door for his sisters! I was in the kitchen and heard him say, "Come on Charlene, come on Sisters! Wake up! Mommy is coming!"

Then he pokes his head out of the door and smile! "Can I come to the kitchen!" I told him yes and here come 3 little ones smiling ear to ear yelling, "Good morning Mommy!!!!"

I just keep crossing my fingers that they stay in bed all night and only get up in the morning!!!

How did they do it?

So when we opened the kids beds to day beds instead of cribs we put one of the child proof door handles on there so they couldn't get out. We did this over Christmas break. We haven't had any problems, in fact they haven't even tried to get out except for during the day when they are playing around. So Saturday morning Randall went to get breakfast and right after he left I heard Chase's voice echoing through the monitor. He had opened the door (no big deal) and was looking for me! He was so proud of him self! So of course Sunday morning he and Charlene come running in to our bedroom! Then again this morning all 3 of them. However, it was really nice this morning because we had woken up late so I was able to tell them to go potty and get ready to get dressed while I finished myself!

Crazy though! My mom could barely open it the other day and here comes Chase running out! LOL! They are just growing so fast!
